This opportunity is ideal for experienced Pharmacy Technicians seeking a temp-to-hire role within a dynamic mail order and specialty pharmacy environment. Located in Greenwood, IN, the position offers a structured schedule with intent for direct hire after a 26-week assignment.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Initial shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Transition to 2nd shift: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM once evening pharmacists are available
• Possible weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions in a high-volume mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution
• Ensure reliable workflow and timely processing of orders
• Support specialty medication handling and patient care procedures

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent or current experience as a pharmacy technician
• Proven ability to thrive in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy environments
• Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license
• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic
