Pharmacy Technician | Greenwood, Indiana

A pharmacy technician position is available in the Greenwood, IN area, offering a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for direct hire after a 26-week assignment. This role supports a mail order and specialty pharmacy environment, requiring experienced professionals who are reliable and adaptable.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 2nd shift (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Possible weekend shifts
• Initial schedule on day shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) before transitioning to evening shifts once evening pharmacists are established

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a high-volume mail order setting
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
• Assist pharmacists in managing inventory and order processing
• Provide exceptional support to ensure timely delivery of prescriptions
• Uphold confidentiality and patient safety protocols

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years current or very recent experience as a pharmacy technician
• Experience in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy settings
• Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license
