This opportunity seeks an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support mail order and specialty retail environments with a focus on customer service and operational accuracy. This contract role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend or evening hours based on workload demands. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound client calls, efficiently processing order entry and insurance verification.
- Manage inventory control while maintaining clear communication with clients, doctors, and pharmacists.
- Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, and supporting pharmaceutical needs.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience with proven pharmacy technician skills.
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.
- Proficiency in data entry and order management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are considered a plus.
