Pharmacy Technician in Greenwood, IN

This opportunity seeks an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support mail order and specialty retail environments with a focus on customer service and operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls, efficiently processing order entry and insurance verification.
• Manage inventory control while maintaining clear communication with clients, doctors, and pharmacists.
• Deliver exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, processing orders accurately, and supporting pharmaceutical needs.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience with proven pharmacy technician skills.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License required.
• Proficiency in data entry and order management systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are considered a plus.
