Pharmacy Technician | Greenwood, Indiana

A growing mail order and specialty retail pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to provide exceptional support in a dynamic environment. This contract-to-hire position operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend or evening hours based on workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound client calls and manage order entry efficiently.
• Verify insurance information and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to ensure seamless service.
• Assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs while maintaining high service quality.
• Support PSR/data entry tasks and customer inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus.

Location: Greenwood, Indiana
Schedule/Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekend or evening as needed)
