Pharmacy Technician - Greenwood, Indiana

This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support a busy mail order and specialty pharmacy environment. The role is based in Greenwood, IN, with a contract-to-hire arrangement after a 26-week duration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Location: Greenwood, Indiana
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Possible weekend shifts required

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and fill high volumes of prescriptions in a mail order or specialty pharmacy environment
• Verify prescription information and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain proper handling and storage of pharmaceutical products
• Support specialty pharmacy operations including handling specialty medications

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent or current experience as a pharmacy technician
• Proven experience working in either high-volume retail or high-volume mail order pharmacy settings
• Active Indiana pharmacy technician license is required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated reliability and professional work ethic
