Pharmacy Technician - Greenwood, IN

An opportunity for experienced Pharmacy Technicians is available to support a busy mail order and specialty pharmacy environment. This role offers a contract-to-hire position with a clear path to direct hire after 26 weeks. The position is based in Greenwood, IN, with a weekday schedule primarily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a high-volume mail order setting
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies
• Assist pharmacists in daily operations to ensure timely and reliable service
• Manage inventory and documentation with precision and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and customers to clarify orders and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience, ideally in high-volume retail or mail order settings
• Current Indiana pharmacy technician license is mandatory
• Proven reliability with a strong commitment to maintaining pharmacy standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential weekend shifts
