An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor specializing in Non-Sterile Compounding within a closed-door specialty pharmacy setting. This role operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, offering a consistent weekday schedule. The initial assignment lasts for 13 weeks with potential transition to a permanent position.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Solid background as a Pharmacy Technician with hands-on non-sterile compounding expertise.
• Valid Michigan Pharmacy Technician license.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the non-sterile compounding area to ensure efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy technician staff, fostering a collaborative and high-quality work environment.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and accuracy standards in compounding and dispensing medications.
• Coordinate workflow to meet the demands of a closed-door specialty pharmacy.
• Ensure documentation and reporting adhere to pharmacy policies and state licensing requirements.
