Mail Order Pharmacy Technician | Hamilton, Ohio

A mail order compounding pharmacy specializing in dispensing non-insurance medications is seeking TEN Fulfillment/Patient Support Pharmacy Technicians for immediate placement on a 13-week contract-to-hire basis. This role supports high-volume mail order fulfillment, serving all 50 states plus DC.

Location:

• Hamilton, OH

Schedule:

• 1st Shift (2 positions): Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with possible Saturday rotation as volume increases
• 2nd Shift (8 positions): Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM, with possible Saturday rotation as volume increases

Responsibilities:

• High-volume prescription fulfillment including pulling and prepping medications for shipping
• Assisting with patient support calls as needed
• Non-sterile compounding experience is a strong advantage
• Adapting quickly to workflow changes and collaborating with the team to handle increased volume

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy settings preferred
• Ohio State Pharmacy Technician license required; national certification is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and strong teamwork skills

Contract details:

• 13-week contract to hire opportunity with potential for direct hire for candidates with strong experience
• Compensation based on experience and certification level
