IV Sterile Compounding IV Compounding Pharmacy Technician | Hamilton, Ohio

Join a fast-paced mail order pharmacy specializing in non-insurance medications with a contract opportunity leading to possible direct hire. This role focuses on supporting high-volume prescription fulfillment and patient care in a dynamic digital pharmacy environment serving all 50 states plus DC.

Location:

• Hamilton, OH

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently fulfill high-volume mail order prescriptions, including pulling and prepping medications for shipping
• Support patient calls as needed to assist with order inquiries and provide excellent service
• Perform non-sterile compounding to support prescription preparation
• Collaborate closely with the team to adapt to workflow and meet volume demands

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience in high-volume retail pharmacy environments is highly preferred
• Valid Ohio Pharmacy Technician license required
• National certification (CPhT) considered a strong plus
• Ability to quickly adapt to workflow changes and maintain a team-oriented mindset

Additional Information:

• This is a 13-week contract to hire position with a start date ASAP
• Pay scale varies depending on license and certification:
  • Tech in training: $18-$19/hour
  • Pharmacy Technician: $20-$23/hour
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT): $23-$25/hour, dependent on experience
