Pharmacy Technician - Helotes, Texas

A healthcare setting seeks three motivated Pharmacy Technicians to join their production and fulfillment team. This contract opportunity offers a fast-paced environment ideal for those with retail pharmacy experience looking to expand into a closed-door pharmacy setting.

Location:

• Helotes, TX

Schedule/Hours:

• 8:00 AM start with potential shifts beginning at 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• Start dates available: June 1, June 8, and June 15
• Assignment duration: 8 to 12 weeks, with the possibility of contract-to-hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications quickly and accurately in a high-volume environment
• Prepare and package prescriptions for courier pickup and delivery
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy standards and ensure quality control throughout the fulfillment process

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician license required
• National certification is beneficial but not mandatory
• Experience in retail pharmacy preferred, offering a solid foundation for success in a closed-door setting
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx software preferred; candidates with Pioneer Rx experience are highly encouraged to apply
