Pharmacy Technician in Helotes, TX

A pharmacy technician opportunity is available in Helotes, TX, offering a dynamic role in a fast-paced production and fulfillment environment. This contract position is expected to last between 8 to 12 weeks, with the possibility to transition into a permanent role.

Start dates are flexible, with options on June 1st, June 8th, and June 15th. The shift is primarily 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, five days a week. Some schedule flexibility may be required with start times potentially shifting to 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM.

Responsibilities include:

• Efficiently dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions
• Packaging products carefully for courier pickup and timely delivery
• Maintaining accuracy and organization in a busy workflow setting

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Previous retail pharmacy technician experience is ideal to ease transition into a closed-door pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with Pioneer Rx pharmacy system is highly desirable; candidates with this experience may receive automatic consideration
• Valid Texas pharmacy technician license required
• National certification is a plus
