Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy technician duties including high-volume data entry, prior authorizations (PAs), dispensing, and filling prescriptions
• Provide exceptional patient care and support, respecting the unique needs of individuals living with HIV/AIDS
• Maintain strong teamwork and communication within the pharmacy and with healthcare providers
• Exhibit pharmacy intuition by proactively identifying and addressing pharmacy needs
• Demonstrate dependability with consistent attendance and punctuality

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume retail pharmacy setting
• Florida Pharmacy Technician license required; PTCB certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Proficiency with pharmacy software; experience with Pioneer Rx is ideal, with training available for the right candidate
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic described as a “worker bee” mentality
• Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy in a sensitive healthcare setting
