Pharmacy Technician - Hyannis, MA

Support pharmaceutical operations at a 200-bed community hospital located on Cape Cod, approximately 70 miles south of Boston. This contract opportunity seeks a skilled Pharmacy Technician to contribute to patient care through accurate medication dispensing and inventory management.

Responsibilities include performing sterile and non-sterile compounding tasks, ensuring the readiness and accuracy of medication supplies, and restocking automated medication dispensing systems such as Pyxis. Familiarity with hospital pharmacy workflows and healthcare technology systems including EPIC and Pyxis is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess a Massachusetts Pharmacist License and have previous experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting. Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently during day shifts are critical to success in this role.

• 8-hour shifts

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC and Pyxis medication systems
• Skilled in sterile and non-sterile compounding
