A healthcare facility in Ammon, Idaho seeks a Pharmacy Technician for per diem shifts supporting patient medication needs. This role involves accurately distributing prescribed drugs, providing medication information to customers, and delivering exceptional customer service in a professional pharmacy setting.
Schedule/Hours:
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on select dates from June through September 2026
Qualifications:
- Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License required
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy highly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Educate customers on proper medication use and safety
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy policies and regulations
- Deliver attentive, courteous service to support patient care and satisfaction
