A Pharmacy Technician position is available at a pharmacy location in Ammon, Idaho. This contract role provides an opportunity to utilize your expertise in medication distribution and customer service within a supportive pharmacy environment.
Location: Ammon, ID
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract Duration: 4+ weeks, starting from July 13
Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute prescription drugs as directed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
- Educate customers about medication usage and answer their questions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and protocols
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician License
- Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
