We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician / Patient Service Representative for a 13-week assignment with the opportunity to convert to a direct hire. The environment is Mail Order / Specialty Retail, and the client has signed agreements and is ready to onboard quickly.
Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional weekend or evening coverage if workload requires
Job Duties

Handle inbound client calls and provide exceptional customer support

Order entry and accurate data processing

Insurance verification
-
Inventory control
-
Communicate with clients, physicians, and pharmacists

Support pharmaceutical service needs while maintaining high service quality standards
Requirements
-
Pharmacy Technician experience
-
Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
-
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Strong communication and data entry skills

Relevant healthcare management or customer service certifications are a plus
