Pharmacy Technician in Indianapolis, IN

This opportunity is tailored for experienced Pharmacy Technicians seeking a temp-to-hire role with a clear path to direct hire. Working within a mail order and specialty pharmacy environment, this position demands reliability and proficient handling of high-volume pharmacy operations.

Location:

• Indianapolis, IN

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Initially 1st shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Transition to 2nd shift: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
• Possible weekend hours
• Duration: 26 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and prepare prescription orders in a high-volume mail order/specialty pharmacy setting
• Assist pharmacists and support the overall pharmacy operations
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and protocols
• Adapt to shifting schedules as pharmacists and workflow adjust to evening shifts

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent or current experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Proven experience in either high-volume retail or high-volume mail order pharmacy operations
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance
