A skilled Pharmacy Technician is needed to support a busy Mail Order and Specialty Pharmacy environment in Indianapolis, IN. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a pathway to direct hire after an initial 26-week assignment, providing stability and growth potential within a dynamic pharmacy setting.

Schedule & Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 2nd shift (12:30pm - 9:00pm)
• Possible weekend shifts
• Initial onboarding on 1st shift (8:00am - 5:00pm) before transitioning to evenings

Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a high-volume mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Assist pharmacists in daily operations ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery of prescriptions
• Maintain inventory and proper documentation per pharmacy regulations
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients as needed
• Uphold confidentiality and quality assurance standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent pharmacy technician experience, ideally in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy
• Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license (required)
• Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to adapt to shifting schedules and handle high-pressure environments
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
