Location: Indianapolis, IN
Job Type: Contract with potential for direct hire
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend or evening shifts as workload requires
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client calls and perform accurate order entry
- Verify insurance information and maintain inventory control
- Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to facilitate pharmaceutical services
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs, maintaining service quality at all times
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, proficient in customer service interactions
- Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
- Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus
