Support pharmacy operations in a dynamic mail order and specialty retail environment as a Pharmacy Technician. This contract position offers a consistent day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend or evening hours depending on workload. There is also the opportunity for direct hire after the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound client calls, accurately enter orders, and verify insurance information.
• Oversee inventory control and facilitate clear communication with clients, doctors, and pharmacists.
• Provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician experience is required, with at least 2 years of customer service experience.

• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license is mandatory.
