A reputable mail order and specialty retail pharmacy seeks experienced Pharmacy Technicians for contract positions with a strong possibility of direct hire. Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional weekend or evening hours as workload dictates
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound client calls, including order entry and insurance verification
- Maintain accurate inventory control and effective communication with clients, doctors, and pharmacists
- Provide exceptional support by processing customer inquiries and orders, ensuring satisfaction
- Assist customers with pharmaceutical needs while upholding high service standards
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Indiana Pharmacy Technician license required
- Proven data entry skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities and at least 2 years of customer service experience
- Certifications in healthcare management or customer service considered a plus
