Pharmacy Technician in Indianapolis, IN

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Pharmacy Technician looking to apply their skills in a specialized pharmacy environment. The role is based in Indianapolis, IN, supporting a mail order and specialty pharmacy setting. The initial schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, transitioning to the 2nd shift (12:30 pm to 9:00 pm) once the evening pharmacist team is fully established. Weekend shifts may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in a high-volume mail order pharmacy setting
• Ensure all prescription processing adheres to legal and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacists to maintain workflow and patient safety
• Manage inventory and documentation with precision and reliability
• Support specialty pharmacy operations, including handling specialty medication preparation and distribution

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of current or very recent pharmacy technician experience
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy environments
• Valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license is required
