Pharmacy Technician | Indianapolis, Indiana

This opportunity is designed for experienced pharmacy technicians ready to contribute in a fast-paced mail order and specialty pharmacy environment. You will play a critical role supporting pharmacy operations, initially on the day shift with a planned transition to the second shift as evening pharmacists become established.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 2nd shift: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
• Possible weekend shifts
• Start on day shift (8:00 am – 5:00 pm) with planned move to evenings

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process high-volume pharmacy orders in a mail order and specialty pharmacy setting
• Support pharmacists to ensure timely and precise dispensing of medications
• Maintain strict adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations, including proper handling of prescriptions
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to meet service level expectations and maintain quality standards

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in high-volume retail or mail order pharmacy settings
• Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance and work hours
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
