Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend or evening hours as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls with professionalism and accuracy
• Enter orders and verify insurance information to ensure smooth processing
• Manage inventory control tasks carefully to maintain proper stock levels
• Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and pharmacists to support patient care
• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Assist customers with their pharmaceutical needs while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician license mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with excellent communication skills
• Strong data entry skills are essential
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management or customer service are a plus
