Seeking a skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy operations on a contract-to-hire basis. This role requires precision and a strong background in sterile compounding, ensuring safe and effective preparation of infusion products. Candidates will be part of a rotating schedule, handling both prep work and mixing in a cleanroom environment.
Location: Irving, TX
Schedule:
- Tuesday-Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation: 1 weekend every 8 weeks, from the end of the Saturday shift until Monday 8:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate between sterile compounding preparation and mixing in the cleanroom
- Follow stringent aseptic techniques and safety protocols
- Prepare infusion products with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized workstation in compliance with pharmacy standards
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Pharmacy Technician License
- Sterile Compounding Certification
- PTCB Certified
- Minimum 2 years of sterile compounding experience
- Proven infusion preparation experience
