Pharmacy Technician - Itasca, IL

An ongoing opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Technician with a 6-month assignment leading to potential permanent placement. This role offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing work-life balance in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license required
• PTCB Certification is a must
• Minimum of 2 years of solid pharmacy technician experience preferred
• Ability to work flexibly across various pharmacy areas, including some PRS duties and warehouse tasks

Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacy staff in daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery
• Perform PRS-related tasks as needed
• Support warehouse activities within the pharmacy setting
• Adapt to various roles and responsibilities within the pharmacy to maintain smooth workflow

Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with experience:

• $23 per hour for 1 year of experience
• $24 per hour for 2 years of experience
• $25 per hour for 3 or more years of experience
