An experienced IV Certified Pharmacy Technician is needed immediately to provide expert sterile compounding support at a reputable infusion center specializing in a broad range of infusion therapies, including antibiotic, fertility, specialty, and biologic treatments. This full-time opportunity in Dallas, TX offers a temp-to-perm arrangement aimed at long-term employment for candidates demonstrating top-tier aseptic technique and sterile compounding expertise.

- 3409 Worth Street, Suite 740, Dallas, TX 75246
Schedule:
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shift within 7:00 am–6:00 pm (exact shift TBD)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sterile intravenous admixtures such as TPN, antibiotics, chemotherapy, and specialty infusions following USP <797>/<800> standards
- Ensure accuracy in labeling, packaging, and staging compounded products for pharmacist verification and prompt delivery
- Maintain clean room sterility through daily, weekly, and monthly environmental cleaning, proper garbing, and documentation
- Manage inventory of IV medications and supplies effectively
- Complete accurate compounding logs, batch records, and quality control documentation
- Perform additional duties as directed by a licensed pharmacist
Qualifications:
- Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
- PTCB certification
- IV Certification required
- Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience (3+ years preferred)
- At least 4 years recent overall pharmacy technician experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic protocols critical for maintaining sterile environment standards
