An experienced IV/Infusion/Chemo Pharmacy Technician is needed for an immediate 13-week contract position beginning March 2nd. This role focuses on sterile compounding, medication delivery, and supporting oncology and infusion pharmacy operations.

Location: Cambridge, MA
Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Rotating Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver medications with an emphasis on nonhazardous sterile compounding
  • Assist with medication delivery to infusion clinics, ambulatory clinics, and hospital units
  • Support medication management through Pyxis systems
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, primarily in the oncology and infusion pharmacy setting

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts pharmacy technician license
  • National certification as a pharmacy technician
  • Experience in IV/infusion and chemotherapy compounding preferred
  • Strong understanding of sterile compounding procedures and medication delivery logistics
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced oncology/infusion environment
