This direct hire opportunity seeks an experienced pharmacy technician skilled in home infusion and compounding to join a growing team. Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound sterile preparations using proprietary workflow systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure medication safety and adherence.
• Assist with phone calls and coordination related to home infusion therapies.
• Adapt to rotating weekend schedules and flexible weekday start times between 8 AM and 10 AM.

Qualifications:

• IV certification and previous experience in home infusion pharmacy or compounding pharmacy required.
• Strong communication skills to engage with patients and providers are essential.
• Candidates with inpatient or hospital-only pharmacy backgrounds will not be considered.
• Experience with retail compounding pharmacies is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday with flexible start times (8 AM, 9 AM, or 10 AM).
• Rotating weekends.
• Hours of operation extend from 6 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week.
