Pharmacy Technician IV Certified - Dallas, Texas

An infusion center in Dallas, TX is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to fill an urgent backfill position. This full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a technician with a strong aseptic technique and expertise in sterile IV compounding protocols. The goal is to transition into a long-term role within a well-established infusion therapy center providing complex antibiotic, fertility, specialty, and biologic infusion services.

Location:

• Dallas, TX (3409 Worth Street, Suite 740, 75246)

Schedule:

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (specific shift to be determined)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile IV admixtures including TPN, antibiotics, chemotherapy, and specialty infusions following USP <797> and <800> standards
• Accurately label, package, and stage compounded products for pharmacist verification and timely delivery
• Maintain clean room sterility with proper garbing, environmental cleaning, and documentation
• Manage inventory of IV medications and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
• Complete compounding logs, batch records, and quality control documentation accurately
• Support pharmacists with additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB certification
• IV Certification required
• Minimum 2 years recent sterile compounding experience (3+ years preferred)
• Minimum 4 years recent pharmacy technician experience overall
• Exceptional aseptic technique and adherence to sterile compounding protocols
