Pharmacy Technicians with IV compounding expertise are needed to support hospital pharmacy operations in Miami Beach, South Florida. This opportunity offers day and afternoon shifts with Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire engagement options. Strong travelers will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile IV compounding adhering to USP <797> and <800> standards
• Prepare and handle hazardous drugs safely and in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ongoing compliance with all pharmacy regulations

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician with IV compounding certification
• Knowledge of hazardous drug preparation and handling protocols
• Familiarity with USP <797> and <800> standards is strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hospital pharmacy setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
