Pharmacy Technician IV Certified - Framingham, Massachusetts

An experienced IV/Infusion/Chemo Pharmacy Technician is needed for a contract position supporting oncology and infusion pharmacy services in Framingham, MA. The role focuses on delivering medications and preparing nonhazardous sterile compounds, supporting ambulatory clinics and hospital units. The opportunity lasts approximately 13 weeks, starting March 2nd.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver medications to infusion clinics, ambulatory clinics, and hospital units
• Assist with non-chemotherapy sterile compounding and preparation
• Support inventory management through Pyxis medication systems
• Collaborate with pharmacy and clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely medication delivery

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Some rotating Saturdays required

Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts pharmacy technician license
• National certification as a Pharmacy Technician
• Prior experience in IV/infusion and chemotherapy pharmacy technician roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
