A leading provider of infusion therapy services is urgently seeking a highly skilled Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join their team in Dallas, TX. This full-time position offers a temp-to-hire opportunity with a focus on delivering superior aseptic compounding expertise in a fast-paced infusion center environment.

Location:

  • 3409 Worth Street, Suite 740, Dallas, TX 75246

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (hours to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sterile intravenous (IV) admixtures including TPN, antibiotics, chemotherapy, and specialty infusions in strict compliance with USP <797>/<800> standards
  • Accurately label, package, and stage compounded products for pharmacist verification and prompt delivery
  • Maintain cleanroom sterility through consistent environmental cleaning, proper garbing, and thorough documentation
  • Manage inventory control for IV medications and supplies
  • Complete precise compounding logs, batch records, and quality control forms
  • Perform additional pharmacy technician duties as directed by a licensed pharmacist

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician Board (PTCB) credential
  • IV Certification required
  • Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience (3+ years preferred)
  • At least 4 years of recent pharmacy technician experience overall
  • Demonstrated proficiency in aseptic technique is essential due to the critical nature of this role
