Pharmacy Technician IV Certified - Houston, Texas

A sterile compounding pharmacy technician position is available in Houston, TX, supporting a focused team within a wellness medications setting. This role involves working closely with two pharmacists and one other technician in a high-volume environment, compounding approximately 2,000 vials weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile compounded medications adhering to strict protocols and clean room standards
• Maintain clean room discipline to ensure safety and compliance
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and fellow technicians to manage workflow
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow procedures for sterile compounding
• Adapt to varying shift schedules based on compounding volume

Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician License
• PTCB certification required
• Sterile compounding experience with applicable certification
• Demonstrated strong clean room discipline and commitment to safety
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time, primarily 4x10 hour shifts

Schedule:

• Full-time, primarily four 10-hour shifts per week
• Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shift times may vary depending on compounding volume
