Location: Katy, TX
Schedule: Full-time, typically 4x10-hour shifts; hours may vary depending on compounding volume
Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Volume: Approximately 2,000 vials compounded weekly
Team Structure: Two pharmacists and two technicians

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding tasks according to established protocols with a focus on safety and accuracy
• Maintain clean room discipline strictly, adhering to all regulatory requirements
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacists and fellow technicians to meet daily compounding demands
• Ensure timely processing and preparation of wellness medication orders
• Uphold punctuality and reliability to support operational workflow

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacy technician license and current PTCB certification
• Certification in sterile compounding with demonstrable experience in a clean room environment
• Thorough knowledge and practice of aseptic technique and contamination control
• Dependable work ethic with excellent time management skills
