A growing healthcare provider in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with expertise in home infusion and compounding for a direct hire opportunity. Key Qualifications:

• IV Certified Pharmacy Technician with home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy experience
• Proven ability to manage compounding tasks accurately and efficiently
• Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and providers
• Familiarity with proprietary workflow systems is a plus
• Retail compounding background is highly desirable; inpatient-only experience is not suitable for this role

Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday shifts starting at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM (flexible start times required)
• Rotating weekends
• Operational hours span 7 days a week, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compounding medications with precision and adherence to safety standards
• Communicating effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
• Utilizing a proprietary workflow system to manage daily tasks
• Supporting the pharmacy team in maintaining high-quality service and patient satisfaction
