This opportunity is for an experienced Pharmacy Technician with a strong background in home infusion or compounding pharmacy, seeking a direct hire position in a dynamic healthcare setting. The role requires IV certification and expertise in pharmacy technician duties, with a focus on patient and provider communication.

Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday, starting at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., or 10 a.m. (flexible start times required)
• Rotating weekends
• Operations run 7 days a week from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy (inpatient-only background will not be considered)
• IV certification as a pharmacy technician
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers
• Familiarity with proprietary workflow systems is a plus
• Retail compounding experience is also a valuable asset

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound medications accurately in accordance with established protocols
• Engage in direct patient and provider communication to ensure seamless care coordination
• Assist in managing and processing prescriptions within the home infusion setting
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and safety procedures
