IV Certified Pharmacy Technician in Lowell, MA

An experienced IV/Infusion/Chemo Pharmacy Technician is needed for a 13-week contract opportunity beginning March 2nd. This role supports the oncology and infusion pharmacy operations, focusing primarily on delivering medications and nonhazardous sterile compounding. The position is based in Lowell, MA, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, including some rotating Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver medications to the infusion clinic, ambulatory clinics, and hospital units
• Assist with medication management through Pyxis systems
• Perform non-chemotherapy sterile compounding in the pharmacy setting
• Support oncology and infusion pharmacy workflows to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license
• National certification as a Pharmacy Technician (preferably with IV/Infusion/ Chemo certification)
• Experience in sterile compounding and medication delivery within an oncology/infusion pharmacy
• Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays
