Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sterile IV compounding adhering to USP <797> and <800> guidelines
- Handle hazardous drug preparation safely and accurately
- Support inpatient pharmacy operations within a fast-paced hospital setting
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- IV compounding certification required
- Experience with hazardous drug handling preferred
- Knowledge of USP <797> and <800> standards strongly preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital pharmacy environment
