Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile IV compounding adhering strictly to USP <797> and <800> standards
• Prepare and handle hazardous drugs safely and accurately
• Support inpatient pharmacy operations within a fast-paced hospital environment
• Maintain thorough documentation ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician certification with IV compounding experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of hazardous drug handling practices
