Pharmacy Technician IV Certified | Naples, Florida

An opportunity is available for an IV Certified Pharmacy Technician skilled in clean room compounding to work alongside a Registered Pharmacist in a fast-paced infusion pharmacy environment. This role offers a 13-week contract with potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and fill IV prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Assist in the prepackaging and final checking of medications, ensuring compliance with standards and government regulations.
• Collaborate with the Billing Supervisor to accurately enter data for prescriptions and coordinate reimbursement processes.
• Maintain inventory by receiving supplies, tracking lot numbers, expiration dates, and assisting with physical inventory tasks.
• Support Pharmacy Management and Technician Supervisor in maintaining a clean, calibrated, safe workspace and equipment.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior IV and infusion pharmacy experience is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision in a clean room environment.
