Pharmacy Technician IV Certified | Nashville, Tennessee

An infusion pharmacy in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced IV Certified Pharmacy Technician for an 8-week contract with potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.

Shift & Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Occasional Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare IV medications and fill prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
• Assist in prepackaging medication, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Collaborate with Billing Supervisor to enter data and support reimbursement processes
• Support inventory management by receiving, rotating, and recording medication supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment, including checking equipment calibration
• Aid in final medication checks and coordinate accurate delivery to customers

Qualifications:

• Current Tennessee Pharmacy Technician license required
• Prior IV/Infusion pharmacy technician experience necessary
• National certification preferred but not mandatory
