Location: Panama City, FL
Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compound IV medications under pharmacist supervision, ensuring precise dosing, proper authorization, and insurance approvals.
• Verify patient information, drug integrity, and medication orders, maintaining accurate logs, temperature records, lot numbers, and controlled substance documentation.
• Maintain cleanroom standards through hood cleaning, safe disposal of materials, and upkeep of all drug information and MSDS sheets, ensuring OSHA and departmental compliance.
• Handle inventory management including receiving, shelving, labeling, billing, and accurate data entry to ensure smooth pharmacy operations and medication availability.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 to 5 years of pharmacy experience with IV compounding skills.
• IV certification preferred.
• Florida Certified Pharmacy Technician license required.
• National Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
• Experience in chemotherapy compounding strongly preferred.
