A sterile compounding pharmacy seeks a dedicated Pharmacy Technician with IV certification to join a focused wellness medications team. This role supports a dynamic setting staffed by two pharmacists and two technicians, committed to delivering quality and safety in compounding practices. Location: Sugar Land, TX

Schedule:

• Full-time, typically 4-day, 10-hour shifts per week
• Shifts may vary according to compounding volume
• Operating hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile compounded medications with precision and adherence to regulatory standards
• Maintain strict clean room protocols to ensure product integrity and safety
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other technicians to manage high-volume compounding workload (approximately 2,000 vials weekly)
• Ensure timely completion of compounding tasks and maintain inventory control

Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB certification
• Sterile compounding certification and hands-on experience in a sterile environment
• Demonstrated strong clean room discipline and meticulous attention to detail
• Punctuality and reliability essential to maintain smooth pharmacy operations
