Seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to support a specialized sterile compounding pharmacy focusing on wellness medications. This role operates within a collaborative team of two pharmacists and two technicians, managing a volume of approximately 2,000 vials per week. The position offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for direct hire.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile compounding tasks in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain strict clean room protocols to ensure safety and product integrity.
• Assist pharmacists in daily pharmacy operations.
• Manage workflow efficiently within the 4x10-hour shift schedule.
• Contribute to a smooth operation supporting wellness medication preparation.

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time commitment.
• Generally 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts.
• Hours vary depending on compounding volume.
• Operations Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications:

• Current Pharmacy Technician license.
• PTCB certification required.
• Sterile compounding certification and hands-on experience.
• Strong adherence to clean room discipline and sterile technique.
• Demonstrated punctuality and reliability essential.
