A sterile compounding pharmacy technician role is available within a focused wellness medication setting. This position supports a dedicated team comprising two pharmacists and two technicians, contributing to the preparation of approximately 2,000 vials weekly. The role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for direct hire.
Responsibilities include performing sterile compounding duties in compliance with clean room standards, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication preparation, and supporting daily pharmacy operations within a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Schedule & Hours:
- Full-time position
- Generally 4x10-hour shifts per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability depending on compounding volume
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid pharmacy technician license and PTCB certification
- Sterile compounding experience with accompanying certification
- Demonstrated strong clean room discipline
- High punctuality and reliability in attendance and work performance
