Schedule:

• Full-time
• Typically 4x10 hour shifts
• Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Shift assignments may vary according to compounding volume

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile compounded medications in compliance with pharmacy standards and safety protocols
• Maintain strong clean room discipline to ensure contamination-free compounding
• Support pharmacists in managing approximately 2,000 vials per week
• Accurately follow prescription orders and aseptic techniques
• Collaborate effectively with a team of 2 pharmacists and 2 technicians to maintain workflow and quality

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician and PTCB certified
• Sterile compounding certification with demonstrable experience in IV preparations
• Strong commitment to clean room practices and sterile technique
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail
