An established home infusion and compounding pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with IV certification to join their dedicated team in Torrance, CA. This direct hire position offers an opportunity to apply your specialized skills in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately compound sterile and non-sterile preparations following established protocols.
• Utilize proprietary workflow systems to manage and document compounding and dispensing activities.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers, coordinating orders and addressing inquiries.
• Assist in inventory management and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, leveraging experience from home infusion or retail compounding settings.

Desired Experience:

• Proven experience in home infusion or designated compounding pharmacy roles (inpatient-only candidates will not be considered).
• IV certification is required.
• Strong communication skills for patient and provider interactions.
• Familiarity with retail compounding is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule and work efficiently in a collaborative team environment.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM with flexible start times.
• Rotating weekends required.
• Hours of operation span 7 days a week from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
