This opportunity is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician with IV certification to prepare intravenous admixtures efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and label intravenous (IV) admixtures according to prescription orders
• Maintain sterile environment in compliance with USP <797> guidelines
• Perform quality checks on compounded sterile preparations
• Document and manage inventory of sterile products and supplies
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare team to support medication therapy needs
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to sterile compounding

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Pharmacy Technician certification required; IV certification essential
• Proven experience preparing intravenous admixtures in a pharmacy setting
• Strong understanding of aseptic technique and sterile compounding procedures
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and medication safety principles
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
