Pharmacy Technician IV Certified | Woodridge, Illinois

A reputable closed-door Long-Term Care facility in Woodridge, IL is seeking an experienced IV Certified Pharmacy Technician for the evening shift. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented, reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced sterile compounding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using aseptic techniques, ensuring strict sterility
• Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high safety and accuracy standards
• Manage inventory control for sterile products and related supplies
• Ensure compliance with USP 797 standards and all regulatory guidelines
• Operate within a high-volume setting, processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily
• Utilize the Frameworks software system (training available)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
• Rotating every other weekend

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
• Demonstrated sterile compounding experience, particularly in IV medications
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality
• Strong attendance and reliability are essential in this role
