Pharmacy Technician IV Certified | Woodridge, Illinois

A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced IV Certified Pharmacy Technician to support the evening shift in a closed-door long-term care facility located in Woodridge, IL. This role is ideal for technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and prioritize reliability and excellent attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using aseptic techniques to maintain strict sterility
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure medication accuracy and safety
• Manage inventory effectively to maintain consistent supply levels
• Ensure full compliance with USP 797 standards and all relevant regulatory guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and clear Illinois Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Proven sterile compounding experience is essential
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a high-volume environment (approximately 600 prescriptions daily)
• Familiarity with Frameworks software is a plus; training is available for the right candidate

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• Rotating every other weekend
