Pharmacy Technician IV Certified | Woodridge, Illinois

An opportunity is available for a skilled Evening Shift IV Pharmacy Technician to work at a closed-door long-term care facility in Woodridge, IL. This direct hire position requires a candidate who demonstrates reliability and excellent attendance, with a strong background in sterile compounding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare intravenous (IV) medications using strict aseptic techniques to ensure sterility
• Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee accuracy and safety
• Manage inventory levels and maintain proper documentation
• Ensure compliance with USP 797 standards and applicable regulatory requirements
• Operate within a high-volume environment processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• Rotating every other weekend

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, clear, and active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license
• Proven sterile compounding experience, ideally IV certified
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with Frameworks software preferred; training provided if needed
• Dependable with outstanding punctuality and attendance
