Schedule:
- Monday through Saturday
- Day Shift Hours
- Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensing
- Enter and maintain accurate patient and prescription information
- Support inventory management and medication ordering
- Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
- Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Active New Jersey Pharmacy Technician registration/license
- Minimum 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
- PTCB Certification preferred but not required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish highly preferred
- Experience with pharmacy management systems such as PrimeRx or MicroMerchant is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
