Per Diem Pharmacy Technician | Jersey City, New Jersey

Join a dynamic retail pharmacy team in Newark, New Jersey, as a Pharmacy Technician on a per diem basis for a focused assignment on July 6th and 7th. Schedule:

• July 6-7 (Monday and Tuesday)
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1st Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter patient information and prescription orders into computer systems.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription orders, maintaining safety and compliance.
• Manage and replenish OTC inventory to ensure consistent stock levels.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing questions and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with third-party prescription plans to resolve adjudication issues and expedite processing.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active New Jersey pharmacy technician license is required.
• Proven experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with Pioneer pharmacy software preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
