Pharmacy Technician - Joliet, IL

A pharmacy technician role is available that offers the opportunity to work in a long-term care mail-order environment. This position starts as a 13-week contract with the potential to transition to a direct hire opportunity. The schedule includes weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

• Joliet, IL

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process medication orders in a long-term care pharmacy setting
• Enter orders using Frameworks software (training provided)
• Support daily pharmacy operations to ensure accurate and timely dispensing
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license required
• Previous experience in long-term care or retail pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with Frameworks software is a plus; training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
