As a Pharmacy Technician specializing in Informatics, you will play a vital role in enhancing medication safety, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance by optimizing pharmacy information systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the optimization and maintenance of pharmacy information systems to streamline medication management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with pharmacy staff, clinicians, and IT professionals to ensure accurate and seamless system functionality across electronic health records (EHRs), automated dispensing systems, and other medication management platforms.
  • Assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and data analysis to maintain high-quality operational standards.
  • Conduct user training sessions to promote effective use of pharmacy technologies.
