Join a dynamic pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Technician specializing in IV sterile compounding in Jupiter, FL. This contract opportunity involves both day shift openings for IV Pharmacy Technician roles as well as a Lead IV Room Pharmacy Technician position. The setting is a high-volume, expanding facility where precision and compliance are essential.

Location: Jupiter, FL (West Palm area) Schedule: Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere strictly to USP <797> and USP <800> procedures for sterile compounding and safety
• Clean and sanitize ISO classified cleanroom areas ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Perform environmental monitoring and maintain thorough temperature logs
• Manage inventory control including expiration date tracking
• Receive, organize, and prepare supply materials for production runs supporting smooth operations
• Facilitate communication and workflow efficiency among pharmacy team members
• Assist pharmacists and lead technicians as needed to maintain operational excellence

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required by state
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience with sterile compounding strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom protocols
• Excellent reliability and keen attention to detail for maintaining high safety standards

Preferred Experience:

• Background in hospital, infusion, or compounding pharmacy environments
• Familiarity with batch records or workflow management systems
• Experience with inspections and ensuring compliance readiness
