Schedule:

• Days/afternoons
• 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, including chemotherapy compounds
• Restock and manage Pyxis automated medication dispensing units to support pharmacy workflow and ensure availability of medications
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to maintain compliance with protocols and promote patient safety

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Pharmacy Technician license is required
• Approximately 2 years of hospital-based or IV compounding experience, demonstrating proficiency in sterile techniques and chemotherapy handling
• Familiarity with Pyxis or similar automated medication systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
