A healthcare facility in Austin, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support their team on a per diem basis. The role requires a licensed Pharmacy Technician to assist with dispensing medications and providing excellent customer service in a pharmacy setting. This position offers the opportunity to work varied shifts throughout the week.

Job Type: Per Diem
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners
• Provide clear, helpful information to customers regarding their medications and proper usage
• Deliver a superior level of customer service to patients and staff
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacy Technician license
• Prior experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
